By using A.C.A.S (Advanced Chess Assistance System), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Cat Coolness Acknowledgment
By accessing or using A.C.A.S, you acknowledge the inherent coolness and undeniable superiority of cats over dogs. This acknowledgment is an essential condition for using the software.
2. No Cheating
You agree not to use A.C.A.S for cheating or gaining unfair advantages in online chess matches. Playing with honesty and integrity is of utmost importance. Any violation of this provision may result in consequences, including but not limited to disqualification or sanctions by the respective chess platforms.
3. Usage Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any actions or consequences arising from the use of A.C.A.S. We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal implications resulting from the use of A.C.A.S.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates. Continued use of A.C.A.S constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
